“Intercede with the LORD your God and pray for me that my hand may be restored.” So the man of God interceded with the LORD, and the king’s hand was restored 1KING 13:6
In every situation one finds themself it is of the utmost importance that you speak to someone, in times of joy, you cannot enjoy it alone but with others who will celebrate and rejoice with you, with dance, sing songs and loads of laughter!. Also in time of pain, despair and sorrow, it is also paramount that you share it with someone so you don’t go crazy, a problem not shared affects the body and destroys the mind, you suffer high blood pressure, stroke, heart attack, depression and death!. That will NOT be your portion IJN.
A problem shared is said to be ‘a problem halved’. Years back a BT TV commercial slogan was ‘it is good to talk’!.
Hear what the Bible says‘
“And so I tell you, keep on asking, and you will receive what you ask for. Keep on seeking, and you will find. Keep on knocking, and the door will be opened to you” Luke 11:9.
“Again, truly I tell you that if two of you on earth agree about anything they ask for, it will be done for them by my Father in heaven”. Matt18:19
“These things I have written to you who believe in the name of the Son of God, so that you may know that you have eternal life. 14This is the confidence which we have before Him, that, if we ask anything according to His will, He hears us. 15 And if we know that He hears us in whatever we ask, we know that we have the requests which we have asked from Him”.…1John5:14-15

The 1st point of Contact for a Christian is to ‘talk to God’!
In every situation, every morning, every hour of the day, before you sleep, before you make any decision, before you choose a friend, a life partner, when you are alone, when you are happy, when you are sad etc. In essence at every second in the day, you must develop a ‘walking talking’ relationship with your maker!.
Jesus says this to you my friend..“Come to Me, all who are weary and heavy-laden, and I will give you rest.29“Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and YOU WILL FIND REST FOR YOUR SOULS.…Matt 11:28-29
Remember He created YOU, He knows you more than you know yourself, talk to HIM, afterall He never sleeps!. HALLELUYAH
