As is traditional for such events, the inauguration of  LOCM, Sunday 11th January 2015 was surrounded by prayer, dancing and jubilation as they welcomed Ministers, guests and Spiritual Fathers from the C&S Movement and  Sister Church’s all around London, they played a large role in spiritually supporting and dedicating the English Chapter Church of The C&S New Covenant.  The LOCM Church Pastor Apostle Odusanya, welcomed everyone to the historical moment and led the service of the day.

Our Spiritual father Apostle Jegede was present to encourage the birth of a New Church and reminded them of the mandate of Jesus to go ye into the world and make disciple of every nation. The English Church is to encourage more english speaking and younger Christians to carry the ‘baton of Jesus’ to a new generation. The Church council and minsters were then consecrated and anointed.

Also present to witness and spiritually encourage the members of LOCM was our Spiritual father Apostle Adedoyin the general overseer of C&S Movement Church, N05 Ife Oluwa, branch Peckham among other dignitaries, worshipers and visitors. It was a day full of praising God with dancing and thanksgiving.

Pastor Angel Falese was the preacher of the day, who reminded the new church what a privilege and honour it is to be a part of a new wave and a new beginning. She reminded LOCM that planting a Church was just the beginning of a great commission that needed prayer, love, unity, hard work, dedication and perseverance to flourish and become fruitful.  It takes the reliance on the Holy Spirit and to remember that every member has an important part to play towards the success of the Church. As God’s assurance, once we do His business by being Kingdom minded and feeding His flock, ALL other things will be running after you.

Then I heard the voice of the Lord, saying, “Whom shall I send, and who will go for Us?” Then I said, “Here am I. Send me! Isaiah 6:8

She reminded the congregation that God is still in the ‘miracle working business’ and will never forget His own people, therefore the BEST IS YET TO COME!.

The service was brought to an end with the cutting of cake for the celebrants of the day. Also a vote of thanks from the Church Pastor Apostle Odusanya
